Edward adam and Yves Klein developed this color in the 1950's and in the 1960's artist Yves Klein registered the formulation for his iconic Klein Blue (IKB), preventing other artists from using it.

Now, for the first time in history, we can release our own incredible series in collaboration with Adam who released the holy grail of the blues for Yves Klein.

AN INCREDIBLE SMALL BLUE

Klein's formula is the effect of this paint; a unique, rich and distinctive blue. Completely flat and ultra-matte. A beautiful absorbing almost powdery tone with a monochromatic result.

In the series: The Holy Grail of Blue – Monochrome Series, Rick works with his diversity of themes but also harks back to early work as a source of inspiration for a series of original paintings, sculptures and for the first time also serigraphs.
