Shipping & Delivery

Shipping & Delivery Time:
On the product page of each item you will find an expected shipping time, such as 1-2 days. That shipping time stands for the period in which we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date on which you can expect the product at home. We will always keep you informed of your order and its status. You can also track the shipment yourself via the provided track and trace code.

For example:

In stock - ordered before 15:00, shipped the same working day.
Usually delivered the next working day

In stock -Delivery by appointment by our delivery team from ''DirectVerzenden''
We will contact you to have the artwork delivered by our courier service. You can also contact Send Direct yourself using the details below.

1-2 days – Shipped within 3 business days (usually delivered the next business day)

1-2 weeks – Within 10 working days at home

Please note: your order will be delivered to the front door, but the packaging will not be removed or taken by the delivery partner.

Shipping method:
Paintings larger than 100x150 cm are offered with the courier service of Direct Shipping. After you have purchased the painting, we will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. All smaller sizes will be well packed in custom boxes and shipped insured with track and trace via DHL PARCEL.

Can I order from another country?

You can order from any country on provided the delivery address is within the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany. If you want to have your order delivered in another country, that is also possible. Request a custom quote for this via: [email protected]

You can always complete your order and select pick up. then you can pick up the artwork yourself. or we will arrange the international shipment based on the quote given.

Delivery costs:

We are not difficult! Buying a painting or art is very personal and it must of course also fit into your interior! that's why money is FREE for all orders in the Netherlands.

The standard delivery costs are based on the subtotal of the items in your shopping cart before discounts and any additional costs have been applied. Usually there are no additional costs. Exceptions excluded.

After you have placed items in your shopping cart, you can see the exact shipping costs on the payment page. We charge a surcharge for large items that exceed the maximum package size for standard delivery or for delivery to countries other than the Netherlands. All other items that fall under this maximum in size and weight and are delivered within the Netherlands will have no shipping costs.

To take off:
You can always purchase your order and collect it from us. This is free! For collection, we kindly ask you to make an appointment. This can usually be done on the same day.


We love our items and are sure that you will be happy as soon as your product arrives. If not, you can return it within fourteen days of delivery and get your money back. Please contact us.
We will refund the purchase price of the item. After we have received it in good order.

When will I receive my refund:

We can only refund you according to the payment method you used for the order. Did you cancel an order that hasn't been shipped yet? Then it will be refunded immediately: the amount will be in your account within a few working days up to a maximum of four weeks, depending on your bank and the chosen payment method. Is it a returned order? Then it is only implemented when the products have arrived back in our workshop where they are checked for any damage.
