Shipping & Delivery:

 

On the product page of each item you will find an expected shipping time, such as 2-3 weeks. The shipping time stands for the term in which we send the product to our delivery partner, not the date on which you can expect the product at home. We always keep you informed of your order and the status of it. You can also follow the shipment yourself via the supplied track and trace code.

 

For instance:

1-2 days - Within 3 working days at home (usually delivered the next working day)

1-2 weeks - Within 10 working days at home

 

Note: your order will be delivered to the front door, but the packaging will not be removed or taken away by the delivery partner.

 

Delivery costs:

 

The standard delivery costs are based on the subtotal of the items in your shopping cart before discounts and any extra costs are applied. There are usually no extra costs. Exceptions excluded.

After you have placed items in your shopping basket, you can see on the payment page what the exact shipping costs are. For large items that exceed the maximum package size for standard delivery or for delivery to countries other than the Netherlands, we charge a surcharge. All other items that fall under this maximum in size and weight and that are delivered in the Netherlands will have no shipping costs.

Pickup, fetch:

 

You can always purchase your order and get it from us. This is free! For collection, we kindly ask you to make an appointment for this. This is usually possible on the same day.

 

Return:

 

We love our articles and are sure that you will be happy as soon as your product is delivered. If that is not the case, you can return it within fourteen days of delivery and you will receive your money back. Then contact us. We refund the purchase amount of the item. After we have received it in good order.

Read our terms and conditions for more information about return shipments, reimbursement and collection costs (if applicable). The costs for return shipping with a label given by us will be settled with the refund. Contact us for a new shipping label. When will I receive my refund:

 

We can only reimburse you according to the payment method you used for the order. Have you canceled an order that has not yet been shipped? This will be immediately refunded: the amount will be on your account within a few working days up to a maximum of four weeks, depending on your bank and the chosen payment method. Is it a returned order? Then it will only be implemented when the products have returned to our distribution center where they are checked for any damage.
