    About the artist

    Rick Triest has been a full-time artist for nearly 20 years and, during that time, has developed a recognizable, personal style centered on Amsterdam, tulips, and the interplay of light and movement. Working from his studio, he uses an intuitive approach and layers, giving each painting its own energy and character. What began as a passion has grown into an international reach: his work is now distributed across more than 18 countries, and his lifestyle and gift collection is available in over 400 stores.

    In recent years, Rick has sold over 40,000 original artworks to a broad audience. From young professionals furnishing their first home to experienced collectors—his work appeals to people looking for something unique, something that makes a space personal.
